The specific oat lipid extract formulation increased hydration and reduced roughness after 56 days; complementary explant and biopsy experiments assessed lipid delivery.
What this does not tell us
Two panels of 20 women; randomization and blinding were not established. Specific lipid preparation and authors employed by Oat Cosmetics; cannot generalize to every kernel extract.
