What the research shows

Laboratory and human research

Betulin-loaded nanocarriers reduced selected UV/heat damage markers in cell/skin models and the small human pilot.

What this does not tell us

12 participants, 2 weeks. Specific arginine-caprylate nanocarrier and 3% carrier cream, not 3% pure betulin. Findings do not establish long-term anti-aging effects of conventional betulin formulas.
