Human research on a combination
The regimen improved hydration and water loss relative to placebo, but eczema severity was not significantly better between groups at day 28.
What this does not tell us
The comparison removed multiple actives together, so it cannot isolate ceramide EOP. Rescue corticosteroid use did not differ.
