Four-week nutritional mixture improved self-reported skin-condition scores alongside reduced visceral adipose tissue.

What this does not tell us

Oral mixture in sedentary overweight/obese postmenopausal women. Skin endpoints self-reported and secondary; no isolated glutamine or topical effect. Sample size not in abstract.
