What the research shows

Human research on a combination

A 42-woman comparison reported greater improvement in several instrument-measured skin outcomes when a cosmetic regimen was added after radiofrequency treatment.

What this does not tell us

The regimen contained both ferment and ferment lysate from a particular L. plantarum strain. It did not isolate Lactobacillus ferment, and cannot establish equivalent effects for an unspecified ferment in another product.
