What the research shows

Human research on a combination

The combined IPL, microneedling and lysate-formulation regimen improved melasma scores more than IPL alone after 12 weeks.

What this does not tell us

Additional microneedling and unspecified lysate preparation prevent attributing results to the lysate alone. Strain, concentration and manufacturing differences limit transfer to other preparations.
