What the research shows

Human topical research

Methyl nicotinate provoked skin inflammation and blood-flow responses measured by laser Doppler, enabling comparisons of anti-inflammatory drugs.

What this does not tell us

16 volunteers and experimental inflammatory provocation. This demonstrates an assay response, not a therapeutic or anti-aging benefit of methyl nicotinate.
