Tested purified specimens caused no rabbit skin irritation; some showed moderate laboratory antibacterial activity and favorable sensory ratings.

What this does not tell us

Material source, purification and composition specific. Ten trained sensory panelists are not a human clinical safety trial; models do not prove absence of cancer risk for all mica.
