Trial found no statistically significant clinical, histological or profilometric photoaging improvement versus placebo.

What this does not tell us

80 subjects, initial 24 weeks and optional extension. Minimal trends and small actinic-keratosis observations do not establish anti-aging efficacy. Retinyl-propionate mixture trials remain distinct.
