Human safety research

Two challenged children with severe atopic dermatitis reacted to sodium glutamate.

What this does not tell us

Only six of the 25 enrolled children underwent additive challenges. Oral-provocation evidence in selected severe AD, not topical efficacy or general population risk estimate.
