Human oral research

The 120 mg group improved hydration, elasticity, water loss and periorbital wrinkle depth compared with placebo.

What this does not tell us

Oral supplementation in healthy Caucasian adults cannot establish efficacy of topical sodium hyaluronate; trial registration was retrospective.
