A closer look

What the research shows

Safety assessment

The report evaluates glyceryl triester toxicology, with little dermal triolein uptake in studied animals and a caution that some triesters can increase coingredient penetration.

What this does not tell us

Group cosmetic safety review with substantial evidence from other triesters and route-specific injection findings. Vehicle use is safety information rather than proof of skin benefit.
