Expert safety assessment including HYDROGENATED POLYDECENE. Hydrogenated polydecene is explicitly included in the polyene group supported for the cosmetic uses and concentrations described. The assessment combines direct and analogue toxicology data. It does not treat hydrogenated polyisobutene as the same chemical or establish clinical skincare efficacy.
