What the research shows

Laboratory and human research

Creatine increased collagen synthesis in cultured fibroblasts; the combined face product improved assessed wrinkles and cheek sagging after 6 weeks.

What this does not tell us

Clinical results concern a combination product in male Caucasian participants and do not isolate creatine. Cell collagen synthesis is not a direct clinical collagen measurement.
