The paper tests creatine in fibroblast and penetration experiments and a creatine-guarana-glycerol face formulation in43 men. Clinical results concern a combination product in male Caucasian participants and do not isolate creatine. Cell collagen synthesis is not a direct clinical collagen measurement.
