La Roche-Posay Effaclar K (+) is a lightweight, fast-absorbing aquagel that smooths skin texture, unclogs pores, controls shine, and helps prevent recurrent blackheads. It leaves skin feeling refreshed and balanced. Suitable for sensitive skin with late-onset adult oily, acne-prone skin. Key ingredients include micro-exfoliating Lipohydroxy Acid (LHA), a more gentle derivative of salicylic acid to unclog pores and help to reduce the formation of new spots. It also contains an 8-hour antioxidant and anti-sebum complex: Vitamin E + Carnosine +Airlicium™. Hypoallergenic. Non-comedogenic. No parabens. Tested under dermatological control. Contains a fragrance.
