La Roche-Posay Lipikar Gel Lavant is a soothing, protective shower gel that helps maintain a healthy skin barrier and keep skin nourished when it is intolerant of hard water or harsh soaps. Suitable for dry, sensitive skin. Key ingredients include Shea Butter, which is well known for its intensely nourishing properties. It acts directly on the skin barrier to restore comfort and replenish skin lipids. Niacinamide acts on the biological mechanisms of itching, inhibiting the release of histamine, a precursor to irritation. La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water is soothing and anti-inflammatory. Glycerin is a humectant and natural emollient with a hydrating and conditioning effect. Contains fragrance. Dr Webster’s Recommendation: La Roche-Posay Lipikar Gel Lavant is ideal for skin that is prone to dryness, especially when showering. The skin can be stripped of its natural fats and oils during showering due to excessive heat, hard water with a high mineral content and pH, or traditional soaps. This cleanser can be used on the face, body, scalp and external intimate areas to help maintain skin integrity, keeping the skin clean while preserving its physiological balance.
