Evaluation of anti-wrinkle efficacy of adenosine-containing products using the FOITS technique.

What was studied

Blinded randomised, placebo-controlled trial in 126 women aged 45 to 65 using two of three eye-area products: adenosine cream, adenosine film or placebo. Eighty-four also had eligible glabellar lines. Twice-daily use for two months, with measurements at three and eight weeks. Concentrations are not given in the abstract; the kind of blinding is unspecified.
