Topical tretinoin for treatment of photodamaged skin. A multicenter study.

251 participants with mild/moderate photodamaged facial skin in randomized double-blind vehicle-controlled trial. At 24 weeks overall improvement was reported in 79% on 0.05% tretinoin versus 48% on vehicle.
