SkinCeuticals Serum 10 is a well-tolerated daytime antioxidant serum that prevents skin from environmental aggressors and preserves youthful skin. Suitable for sensitive skin with early signs of ageing. Key ingredients include L-Ascorbic Acid purest form of vitamin C, which provides powerful antioxidant benefits that help protect the skin from environmental damage while improving the visible signs of ageing. It has also been shown to stimulate the growth of collagen in human fibroblasts giving skin a fuller, healthier, natural-looking glow. Ferulic Acid, a plant-based antioxidant, helps to neutralize free radicals, suppressing radiation-induced oxidative reactions. Ferulic Acid has also been shown to improve the efficacy and overall stability of Vitamin C. Dr Webster’s Recommendation: SkinCeuticals Serum 10 was launched prior to SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic and formed part of the pioneering work Dr Sheldon Pinnel (Founder of SkinCeuticals) did into the benefits of applying a topical antioxidant daily. This formula is gentler than other SkinCeuticals morning antioxidants and is ideally suited for those with less of a tolerance to L-Ascorbic Acid. It can also be a first-to-use product if you’ve never used a pure Vitamin C Serum before. More than that, this serum will help defend against the ageing effects of ground-level Ozone (Pollution) as well as Infrared Radiation, Visible Light, including High Energy Visible Light (HEVL).
