Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Oil-Free Toner is a gentle, pH-balanced and alcohol-free toner that visibly reduces excess oil and impurities to balance and refresh the skin. Suitable for normal to oily skin types. Key ingredients include Glacial Glycoprotein, which helps deeply to hydrate and maintain the skin’s moisture balance. Desert Plant Extract, also known as Imperata Cylindrica, contains high concentrations of potassium, which is known to provide immediate and lasting hydration. Cucumber Extract provides calming and soothing properties. Sodium Hyaluronate is a humectant that attracts moisture to the skin, retaining epidermal hydration. Oil, alcohol and fragrance-free. Dr Webster’s Recommendation: Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Oil-Free Toner is a non-drying formula that gently removes any remaining residue, dirt and oil without stripping the skin of its vital moisture or pH. It can be used after cleansing or in the morning as a cleanser to wipe over the skin.
