ISDIN Ureadin Ultra 20 Anti-roughness Cream is an ultra-hydrating, emollient cream for very dry, rough and coarse skin. Helps Keratosis Pilaris on the outer arm (not underarm) and cracks and fissures on the fingers. Key ingredients include patented 20% Urea ISDIN®, which acts as a keratolytic agent, helping to soften coarse and flaky skin. It also improves the integrity of the skin by encouraging skin barrier restoration, helping to alleviate itching caused by dryness. Dimethicone acts as a filmogenic occlusive that retains moisture close to the skin in severely dry areas. Dr Webster’s Recommendation: Ureadin Ultra20 is a non-oily, fast-absorbing cream. It restores skin’s smoothness and eliminates hard skin, soothing it thanks to the exfoliant action of Urea ISDIN®, which also retains water.
