pHformula MD AC Active Recovery is an advanced multi-corrective treatment that helps to reduce excess sebum, enlarged pores, and improve Acne. It can also be used to speed up skin recovery after resurfacing treatments that target acne. Suitable for non-sensitive, oily, acne-prone skin, it also improves hyperpigmentation caused by acne. Key Ingredients include Mandelic Acid which has powerful antimicrobial properties. Azelaic Acid helps to reduce inflammation and its keratolytic action exfoliates the skin, while its comedolytic action inhibits the formation of comedones. Salicylic Acid is an effective keratolytic, allowing additional actives to penetrate more effectively. Tea Tree Oil has antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties. Niacinamide provides an anti-inflammatory action, helping to reduce redness and irritation caused by microbes. Glycyrrhetinic Acid has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
